The essential characteristics of the goods, prices including all taxes and other duties, as well as information on the method of payment and delivery, apply at the moment of final order confirmation. The delivery time information is valid at the moment of final confirmation.
The product price, VAT value, and shipping cost are visible before completing the order. You will also be informed about all the details of your online order via the email address you provided in the order form when entering your details, immediately after placing the order. 1. Final order confirmation
The order is finally confirmed when, after submitting the online order, the user receives an email to the provided email address entered during the order, with details of their order and a notification that the order is accepted and confirmed.

4. Purchase process
I. Product selection
On the website GoToGlowparfumi.si or (on the Facebook page), the customer views the offer. The customer then selects the product and adds it to the cart.
Alternatively, on the website GoToGlowparfumi.si, the customer selects the product, adds it to the cart, and completes the order at the checkout.
II. Invoice details
At the checkout, the customer provides the required contact details marked with a red star (name, surname, email address, address, city, postal code, and phone number) needed for order confirmation and completion, and product delivery. At least one valid phone number must be entered.

Express delivery – Post of Slovenia or GLS
IV. Payment method
You can choose from the following payment methods:
– cash or payment by debit or credit cards upon receipt, through delivery services of Post of Slovenia or GLS.
– by proforma invoice (UPN order) to the company’s account
– or by credit cards at the checkout when placing the order.
V. Order review
You will receive a preview of the ordered products and your entered data at the provided email contact.
VI. Order completion
Notification of order submission will be sent to the registered email address.
VII. Final order confirmation
After placing the order, the user will receive an email with details of their order and a notification that the order is accepted and confirmed.

5. Prices
All prices listed on the website include VAT. The prices are final and include all other contributions and taxes (if applicable). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
A sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded when the provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.
In case the buyer meets the conditions for free shipping, this applies only to the buyer’s payment where the shipping cost is not charged. In all other cases, the shipping cost is charged or added to the purchase price.
The payment method is cash on delivery or by bank transfer to the company’s account.
The provider issues an invoice to the customer in a durable medium, with itemized costs and instructions on how to cancel the purchase and return the products if necessary.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is sent to the customer’s email address, except for orders placed by phone. In this case, the provider only stores customer data in the company’s customer database within the program used for accounting purposes.
Descriptions of products may contain errors. The provider reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
6. eInvoice
The advantages of an electronic invoice are numerous – also for our environment:
– reduces paper consumption,
– reduces ink consumption and
– transport.
In accordance with Directive 2010/45/EU and the amended Article 84 of the Value Added Tax Act – ZDDV-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 13/11-UPB3, 18/11, 78/11, 38/12, and 83/12), equivalent treatment of paper and electronic invoices is introduced from 01.01.2013.

8. Cash on delivery
a. You will be informed about the shipment status and delivery time via a message to your phone number provided.
b. You can change the delivery time and date with the instructions received in the message to your phone number.
c. We recommend preparing cash on the delivery day, as this is mostly the only payment option.
d. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days. It is usually delivered to your address the next day after we dispatch the package.
According to the Obligations Code, the customer is obliged to accept and pay for the ordered package. If the order with the selected “cash on delivery” payment method is not accepted, the package will be returned to the company’s headquarters, causing financial loss. Therefore, we recommend checking the availability of funds before making a purchase/order.
9. Right to withdraw from the purchase – product return
– Standard 14-day return period
In distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision in accordance with Article 134.c of the Consumer Protection Act. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawing from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. Please inform us in writing about the intended return at the contact email [email protected]. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the intention to withdraw from the contract. The seller must refund the purchase price within eight days of receiving the goods.
The received goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.
The website www.gotoglow.com reserves the right to reject the return of damaged, used, or incomplete products (packaging, invoice…) at the sender’s expense. Therefore, please handle the product economically and carefully so that we can smoothly exchange the product.

10. Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered on the website as soon as possible. Orders received on weekdays by 12 p.m. will be sent to the provided address on the same day (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately. Delivery is only available in Europe. Post of Slovenia is responsible for delivering the goods, usually the next day, but no later than 10 days after the goods are dispatched. The delivery person will likely deliver the shipment to your home in the morning. If you are not at home, you can pick up the shipment at the nearest post office. We reserve the right to change the contractual partner for delivering shipments.
11. Security
We use the data received from you for the purpose of your order. We forward your data to companies responsible for sending packages if necessary (name, address, and possibly phone number for scheduling delivery times). We provide your data to the bank for payment purposes. After delivery and receiving your payment, access to your data is closed. After fulfilling tax and trade legal obligations, we delete your data.
